Fat Loss & Hypertrophy Bootcamps
| 1 week or 2 weeks (2 sesions per day): A 1 or 2 week fat loss bootcamp for both men and women. Attendees will be expected to train twice a day 5 days of the week (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thurs, and Fri). The 2 a day course is for people who are dedicated to transforming their body in record time. Expect phenomenal changes in your body throughout the course.
*Sessions start at 7am & 7pm

| 1 week or 2 weeks (3 sessions per day): A 1 or 2 week muscle gain bootcamp for both men and women. Attendees will be expected to train 5 days of the week (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thurs, and Fri ). This boot camp is for those who able to commit their whole week to training and utilising techniques to maximise recovery. Although 3 times a day sounds extreme you can expect great changes in your body throughout and after the course.
*Sessions start at 9am, 1pm & 5pm

| Deadlift Bootcamp: A 6 week bootcamp for both men and women aimed at improving maximal strength in the deadlift. Attendees will be training at 6pm every Friday. | Pre-Season Boot camp: A fitness and sports performance boot camp for any athlete looking to get stronger, faster and leaner before their season starts. The athlete will be taken through structural balance work to help prevent injuries and make them stronger for the important lifts in their training. Having worked with the likes of American footballers, long distance runners, cricketers and MMA Fighters we have a great deal of experience in a variety of sports. |
