Winning Health Solutions started as a simple newsletter that was sent to clients monthly. The idea was to help dispel some of the myths we have to deal with everyday regarding health and fitness and was intended to educate our clients so they could make more informed decisions. Most of the mistakes, regarding training and nutrition, we see everyday are down to misinformation from what should be reliable sources. As our client base grew we saw the need to open a facility especially for them.
We opened our gym in Southampton with the purpose of raising the currently poor standards in the health and fitness industry. As trainers we have always been focused on the results our clients get and not with sales numbers. Simply put, if a client isn’t getting results, then they won’t be with us very long! This is because many people believe that simply purchasing a gym membership will equal better health. Up until now this wasn’t the case, by purchasing any one of our memberships, we guarantee you will see fast results, and you will keep them! This is not your ordinary gym by any means. The equipment and structure of the gym is set to provide results and not just to increase member numbers. We offer the most innovative, new and unique training possible with a personalised touch as we believe every member is special. We do not have rows of cardiovascular equipment pointed at flat screens to keep you ‘entertained’, as we believe there is more to fitness. We have functional equipment so you use the body the way it is meant to. This gives more enjoyment and much better results.
